Chef Sam’s Butter Biscuits

Hard Butter Biscuits

300g butter, softened (preferrably Woolworths’ butter!)
165g sugar
2 eggs
500g flour (+more)

Preheat oven to 180°C.
Cream butter + sugar + add eggs.
Mix well and add half the flour.
Mix together, using your hands
At this stage, extras can be added (like choc chips or nuts).
Continue adding flour until the dough is no longer sticky.
Shape + bake on a greased baking tray for approximately 15 min.
Allow to cool before munching.
